From Yokohama to Kawasaki is only 13 km and i rode further to check out the road to Haneda Airport. Following route 424 along the coast and directly head to the Airport. So i might not have to find a box as i have a bike bag,and my groundsheet will pack all my bags. I went to visit the China Town but the street is still very quiet in the morning,nothing is selling cheap there. Two more nights and i will be home,the homesickness is really getting into me after almost 3 months.

I had arrived in Yokohama today,a big city port situated south of Tokyo. People and buildings everywhere as i rode on the street with many traffic lights and junctions. In a big city,the only place to camp probably is the public park with many people walking around your tent. Tomorrow will try to find out whether i can bike all the way to the Haneda Airport.

Feeling very relax and lazy as i am almost coming to the end of my tour.Tokyo is just another 60 km as i still have 4 days to go before my flight on 26th Nov.Taking it very slowly as i rode most of the time on bike path to ensure nothing happen on these few more days.Weather here had been very kind with blue sky and warm sunny day,hopefully this stays till my last days in Japan.Today's ride ends in a big city of Atsugi where i put up my tent in the central park with 8 huge stone balls on 4 corners,so there are 24 of them in the middle of the park.

Day 77 Thu 21 Nov - Kawaguchiko Lakeside Camp to Matsuda Flyover Camp

Today's ride to another Lake of Yamanaka, but not that beautiful and touristic as compared to Kawaguchi. From here it started to climb to 1119 m on route 138,and then follow by a wonderful descent on a small route 151 before joining to a busy route on 246. Now i am only 70 km to Tokyo,but i am in no hurry to be there early. Before reaching Matsuda, it is difficult to look for camping.Tonight i am camping beside the flyover with no roof,hopefully it won't rain tonight.
